Gainsborough can design and manufacture virtually all types of control panels and control systems, from a stand alone D.O.L motor starter panel to the more complex multi bayed enclosures housing a PLC, safety controls and vision inspection equipment.

For over 26 years our core business has been the design and build of electrical control panels of varying complexity and size.

Typically our control panels are used in the following industries

• Control Panels for Conveyors
• Control Panels for Conveyor Controls
• Control Panels for Process control machinery

We can design and build a one off bespoke control panel or manufacture multiple control panels or assemblies to a customer supplied specification.

Existing control panels can normally be upgraded or replaced with new to ensure that they meet the latest safety standards and reliability.

All of our work is rigorously tested and inspected before it leaves our premises.
If required we can go to site and install the controls onto the machine and commission to the customers design brief.

Any control system that Gainsborough produce can be supported by a full set of AutoCAD drawings and parts list.
